Operations Director – Merchant Processing
Delta Payment Solutions is looking for an experienced Operations Director to support our fast-growing sales efforts. This position will work in concert with our sales team, product/service partners and customers to guide potential customers through the application process and support them once boarded. - Work with the Delta Sales team to develop/refine and implement an effective and efficient program to take potential customers through the application
- and boarding process
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all of Delta’s product and service providers
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all data and interactions with merchants that have been/will be assigned to you
- Identify sales opportunities for additional Delta products and services with existing Delta customers in your care
- Develop analyses from data supplied by potential customers and work with the sales team to prepare presentations and proposals
- Monitor accounts in your care and identify issues that need to be addressed
- Provide first level customer support
- Act as an interface between customers and service providers as needed
- Review residual reports on a monthly basis and work with sales to resolve issues with service providers
- Managerial and team-building experience
- Very strong and deep background in merchant processing
- Proficiency with the Microsoft suite with emphasis on Microsoft Word and Excel
