Irwin Grossman is a Co-Founder and CEO of Delta Payment Solutions and President of the Delta Payment Cooperative. Irwin is also on the Board of Advisors of two companies that are in the home decor and seafood-processing industries.
Before founding and leading Delta, Irwin spent over 40 years in various management consulting and line management positions. After five years as a design engineer with Eastman Kodak Company, he spent ten years as an international management consultant and Partner with Braxton Associates, now part of Deloitte Consulting.
He joined Barry Controls, one of his consulting clients, and led the sales, marketing and design engineering teams in the transformation of the company from a catalog-based standard products manufacturer to an engineered solutions provider.
Management team participation in two start-ups followed—in the HVAC and Trade Show industries—with leadership of Tetbury Consulting Group following after that. While with Tetbury, and over a span of fifteen years, Irwin assumed CEO/COO positions with Ekam Imaging, Flo Chemical Corporation and Friend & Union Enterprises.
Irwin’s expertise is in developing and implementing successful growth strategies.
Irwin received a BS in Mechanical Engineering with Distinction from the University of Rochester and an MBA from Carnegie-Mellon University, where he won the Elliott Dunlap Smith Award.
An avid basketball player and fan, he has turned in his sneakers for cycling cleats and stays in shape by training for the Pan Massachusetts Challenge, the largest single athletic fund-raising event in the USA. It supports the Dana Farber Cancer Center in Boston. The two-day event raised over $63 million in 2019.
Irwin is married to Laurie with two grown and married children, Danielle (with Patrick) and Sam (with Emily). He enjoys his two-year-old grand-daughter, Bridgette, who is frequently on customer Zoom meetings with him on Thursdays.
Evan Hackel is a Co-Founder and Business Development Executive for Delta Payment Solutions and the Delta Payment Cooperative. Evan has been very active in the cooperative movement in the United States, starting co-ops and managing multi-billion dollar cooperatives. Evan has been the keynote speaker at the National Cooperative Business Association. Evan has also been very active in the processing space. As a result, processing services is normally one of the most important services he helps bring to cooperatives.
As one of the leading cooperative experts in the country Evan expertise has been instrumental in the launching of the Delta cooperative.
Evan currently CEO Tortal Training, a success training company focusing on online training development and hosting. Before founding Delta and leading Tortal Training and Ingage Consulting, Evan spent 20 years on the top executive team at CCA Global Partners, one of the largest and most successful cooperatives in the world. He led 5 business divisions there with more than 2,000 units with more than $5 billion in systemwide sales.
Evan is the author of the highly successful book Ingaging Leadership: 21 Steps to Elevate Your Business and new released book Ingaging Leadership Meets the Younger Generation.

Ben Levitan is an American entrepreneur and Co-Founder and Partner of Delta Payment Solutions and the Delta Payment Cooperative.
With a background as an operator and investor, Ben works with venture and private-equity-backed businesses through his advisory business Cedalion Partners. Ben leads the development and implementation of the growth strategy within Delta.
Starting in his mid-30s, Ben has been CEO of four software, services, and technology companies:
- James Martin + Co., a private, global IT services company
- Envoy Worldwide, a venture-backed notifications company
- IMN, a private equity backed marketing services company, and
- Metalogix, a private equity backed software company.
Ben has served as a Director of another six companies. He currently serves as Director of Bricata, a cybersecurity company, and as a Trustee of Spaulding Rehabilitation Network, the physical medicine arm of Partners Healthcare.
Ben is an active advisor to B2B technology and technology services companies. Earlier in his career, Ben co-founded the Boston office for IQT, the venture arm of the CIA and the U.S. Intelligence Community. Ben is a regular speaker on technology and entrepreneurial topics and has been featured in a variety of publications,including in a Harvard Business School case study.
He is also Director of Aspire Marketing Services, an Automotive Marketing Company, a Venture Partner at Nor’easter, a seed stage investor in DeepTech and AI, and a Partner at Staley Capital, a PE firm.
Ben graduated from Union College in Schenectady, NY, and completed additional coursework at the London School of Economics. An avid motorcycle rider, Ben is also active as a cyclist and bird hunter. Most weekends you can find him out on his bike, at the gym, or out with his dogs. Ben is married to Sharon, and they have three adult children, Harrison, Dara and Elana.
Jon Newman is an American Entrepreneur and Partner with Delta Payment Solutions and the Delta Payment Cooperative. With an extensive background as a corporate sales and marketing executive, along with an ownership position in multiple businesses, Jon works in a variety of sales and marketing roles for Delta.
Before joining Delta, Jon spent over 35 years in various management positions. Most of his corporate experience was with Allied Signal/Honeywell for over 20 years. He led a variety of successful sales and marketing teams in the Engineered Materials division before leaving in 2004.
After leaving the corporate world, Jon set his sights on creating and establishing multiple businesses in the building products sector. However, while managing and operating national organizations, Jon’s true passion emerged and his career entered another direction: coaching and training. He’s a certified executive coach and has trained thousands of professionals from a variety of Fortune 250 companies. He’s passionate about shaping leaders and helping organizations create an atmosphere of accountability.
Jon graduated from Northern Illinois University, Dekalb, IL. In an earlier life when Jon was much more nimble, he was active in almost every outdoor sport imaginable. As his back wore out, his energy shifted to becoming a coach for both of his sons’ sporting endeavors. Now that both of his sons are grown and living on their own, his time is spent with his bride of 35 years, enjoying life-long friends, and walking his pooch, Mandy.
